ELYSOMA Research LLC (“ELYSOMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates elysoma.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, create an account, place or attempt to place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.

• Account login credentials and account preferences.

• Order information, including products ordered, quantities, order numbers, purchase history, and transaction status.

• Information submitted through our contact form, including your name, email address, selected topic, optional order number, and message.

• Communications you send to our support email.

• Any eligibility confirmations requested by the Site, including confirmation that you are at least 21 years old.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other sensitive health information through the Site or contact form. ELYSOMA is not a healthcare provider, and its products are offered exclusively for research use.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use the Site, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:

• Internet Protocol address.

• Browser type, device information, operating system, and user-agent information.

• Referring pages, pages visited, and dates and times of visits.

• Login, session, shopping-cart, checkout, and account activity.

• Information used to maintain website security, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, and operate the Site.

Contact-form submissions may also store technical metadata such as the submission date and time, page URL, IP address, and browser user-agent information.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. ELYSOMA currently offers Pay by Bank or ACH payments through Link Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Link Money”) and cryptocurrency payments through ForumPay. Available payment methods may change.

When you select Link Money, Link Money and its service providers may collect and process identity, financial-account, routing, balance, transaction, device, and order information to connect your account, authorize and process the payment, prevent fraud, and provide transaction support. ELYSOMA may receive limited information including your bank name, routing number, account type, the last four digits of your account number, transaction status, and related payment details. ELYSOMA does not receive or store the login credentials or password used to access your financial institution.

When you select ForumPay, ForumPay and its service providers may collect and process information including your wallet address, selected digital asset and blockchain network, payment amount, blockchain transaction data, device information, and identity or compliance information where required. ELYSOMA may receive the payment amount, fiat equivalent, selected digital asset, transaction identifier, payment status, and information reasonably necessary to process, verify, support, or refund the transaction. Cryptocurrency transactions may also be permanently recorded on a public blockchain.

ELYSOMA does not request or store cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, or wallet-recovery credentials. Never provide that information to ELYSOMA.

We may provide the selected payment provider with your name, email address, billing information, order details, and other information reasonably necessary to process or support your transaction. Each payment provider processes information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to:

• Maintain your shopping cart and checkout session.

• Keep you signed into your account.

• Remember essential website preferences.

• Protect the Site and detect fraudulent or abusive activity.

• Provide other features necessary for the Site to function.

ELYSOMA does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, or similar behavioral advertising trackers. If these practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any legally required consent controls will be implemented.

Disabling essential cookies through your browser may prevent parts of the Site, including account, cart, or checkout functions, from working properly.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that assist with website hosting, email delivery, website operation, data storage, security, customer support, and technical maintenance.

Payment Providers

Payment, order, identity-verification, and transaction information may be disclosed to Link Money, ForumPay, and their financial-institution, data-access, compliance, fraud-prevention, and technical service providers when reasonably necessary to authorize, process, verify, settle, refund, secure, or support a transaction.

Shipping Provider

Your name, shipping address, contact information, and necessary order details may be provided to the United States Postal Service to deliver and manage your shipment.

Professional Advisers

Information may be disclosed to accountants, attorneys, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.

Legal and Safety Purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, a court order, legal process, or governmental request; protect our legal rights; enforce our policies; prevent fraud; or protect the security of ELYSOMA, our customers, or others.

Business Transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

4. Sale and Targeted Advertising

ELYSOMA does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We also do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process personal information for targeted advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices and choices required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• Providing and supporting customer accounts.

• Processing and documenting orders and transactions.

• Responding to inquiries and resolving disputes.

• Preventing fraud and maintaining website security.

• Meeting accounting, tax, recordkeeping, and legal requirements.

• Enforcing our agreements and protecting our legal rights.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Certain information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten.

We do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction, or security purposes.

To appeal a decision, email support@elysoma.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

7. Email Communications

We may send service-related emails, including account notices, order confirmations, shipping updates, support responses, security notices, and policy updates. These communications are necessary to administer your account or transaction and may not contain an unsubscribe option.

If we offer optional marketing emails in the future, you may unsubscribe using the link provided in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent necessary transactional or service-related messages.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Age Restriction

The Site and its products are intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

If you believe a person under 21 has provided personal information to us, contact support@elysoma.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with websites and services operated by third parties, including Link Money and ForumPay. We do not control and are not responsible for their independent privacy, security, availability, or content practices.

Your use of a third-party payment provider is governed by that provider’s applicable privacy policy and terms. Review those policies before submitting payment or financial information.

11. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track,” Global Privacy Control, or similar privacy signals. Because ELYSOMA does not currently sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising, these signals do not change our current practices.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize a qualifying browser-based opt-out signal, we will process it as required.

12. United States Operations

ELYSOMA is based in Texas and currently serves customers within the United States. Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site, our services, payment providers, data practices, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Site, by email, or through another appropriate method where required.
