8. Refusal of Service

ELYSOMA may request reasonable information to verify purchaser eligibility and intended use.

We may reject or cancel an order, suspend or terminate an account, refuse future service, or restrict Site access when we reasonably suspect:

• Human or animal use.

• Self-experimentation.

• Unlawful resale or distribution.

• False purchaser information.

• Unsafe handling.

• A violation of this Disclaimer or our Terms and Conditions.

• Conduct creating a legal, regulatory, safety, fraud, or payment risk.

A paid order canceled before shipment will be handled according to our Terms and Conditions and Returns & Refund Policy.

The warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification provisions in our Terms and Conditions also apply.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
